well well well....the 13th of sept 07 was the last time this page got updated!!! dude that is a fuckin average effort... well i blame mitch...that and politics - its always politics....................... ANYWAY enough with the shit talking, theres been an absolute shitload gone on since sept and rather than describing every little bit im going to note in point form (how convenient!)

- December Tour with LOST IN LINE!!!
We had an absolute rad time on the east coast meeting many new friends and playing some rad shows....unfortunately had some issues with tour management but no need to go any further there...

- Pom Bails!!
How would have thought...our long (well kinda short) time friend POM has left the band and joined the cops in N.T. We all wish him the best of luck in his travels and cant wait to catch up with him again.

- Robbo joins!!
Joining THE RESTLESS WORDS in 08 will be Mr Rowan Robinson (of Change Of Face fame) on bass guitar. Robbos a great dude and rip shit through a bass so we're absolutely stoked to have him join us

- THE RESTLESS WORDS to support A WILHELM SCREAM!!
We are absolutely stoked to announce that THE RESTLESS WORDS will be supporting A WILHELM SCREAM June 15th at HQ, Leederville. These guys are our heros musically and it will be amazing to join them on stage. This will also be Robbos first show with TRW so make sure you come down and have some fun

-Perth Riot Show!!
- June 27th THE RESTLESS WORDS will playing the Perth Riot Show at Hyde Park Hotel. Gonna be a huge show with 2 stages! More details to come

yo... well its been a lazy joel on the website front... no good at all.. but anyway thanks to everyone who stayed to see us play at the Newy with Envy Parade - was a sick show! got a couple more coming up starting with a show with good mates Burning Fiction, Grim Fandango and Four Disorder.. gonna be a rad show so make sure you come early to check out all bands! lookout for a show coming up at the rocket room which will be put up in the next couple of weeks

Lastly we'll be announcing all the dates from the upcoming east coast tour with LOST IN LINE... they've got some amazing tunes and we all can't wait to hit the road with em so listen out!!

also i will get off my ass and spice up the soon i swear...soon

new shit up already! we here at THE RESTLESS WORDS HQ (well my house) are pretty pumped that we've finally digitalised ourself so we've gone right into making this shit more interesting... check out the STORIES section for TOUR STORIES I and II... III coming soon... also currently working to be able to stream our whole EP as well as a heap of tour vids and photos including a certain sheep like guitarist running nude on the streets of Hobart!... stay tuned........
